Go Empower Communities for Development Initiative (GECOD INITIATIVE) is a youth, women and young people led Non-profit Community Based Organisation founded in 2018, aiming at empowering vulnerable communities to amplify their voices, build their capacity, empower them socio-economically, and support them to achieve quality education and good health.
OFFICE ASSISTANT
The organization is looking for a volunteer to serve the following roles;
(i) Facilitating effective operation of offices
(ii) Records and office equipment management
(iii) Typing office correspondences
(iv) Receiving and dispatching mails
(v) Preparing and serving tea to officers
(i) A minimum of the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE)
(ii) A certificate or diploma in social work, public administration, business administration, records
management, office management, secretarial studies, administrative law or any other relevant
qualification is an added advantage.
(i) A minimum of 02 years' experience in related field is required.
(ii) Experience in working with NGOs in the fields of social protection, OVC programming, health,
education, economic strengthening, WASH/environment and disaster programming is an added
advantage
